Whether you are a lover of culture, seriously into ecology, a food fanatic, or a sports fan, Lismore has everything going for it. Called by some 'the birthplace of eco-tourism', it’s a great place from which to explore the stunning natural beauty of the region. Hike through a rainforest. Swim under a waterfall. Camp in a forest. It’s all there — around Lismore.

The popular speedway circuit is the largest in the region.

Each week finds the sporting crowd involved in rugby (both codes), cricket, soccer, basketball, baseball, hockey, tennis, swimming events, roller skating and roller blading, not to mention, croquet, tenpin bowling, horse-riding, bush walking, lawn bowling and golf.
